Reporting to the Clinical Director and the Practice Manager for Clark Urology, this role oversees the business and patient care support functions for the Department of Urology.
Responsible for FTE, call center and patient access, administrative and financial analysis within a specified budget, care coordination of clinical services and communication, space management, safety reporting, policy development and deployment.
Develops project plans to ensure unit goals and effective operations of these clinical practices are met. Responsibilities also include following and adhering to personnel policies and procedures, hiring, and recruiting qualified personnel. Works with the Clinic Medical Director, operations clinic leads/supervisors, Department Chair, Director of Operations, and the Executive CAO to ensure overall effective operation. Supervises the MSO1, who manages the day-to-day operations of Pediatric Urology and the Center for Women's Pelvic Health.
Salary Range: $83,800 - $179,400 annually
