We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Assistant Director (FGP), Revenue Optimization and Analytics-Radiology.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration or related field required. MBA or Health Care Administration preferred. Requires 6–8 years in a hospital or healthcare setting with experience in healthcare finance, medical reimbursement, and managed care contracts. Two to three years of managerial experience in a Professional Billing Office. Thorough knowledge of billing requirements/regulations of major third-party carriers.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to gain confidence and trust across the FGP. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide, direct, train and interact with staff and external contacts. Strong conceptual and analytical abilities with the ability to identify issues and opportunities and solve problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent listening skills. Ability to conceptualize workflow, develop plans, and implement actions. Ability to create a positive environment where staff are valued and respected for their contributions. Professional demeanor.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with New York state salary transparency laws. The salary range for the role is $121,792.22 - $210,091.64 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
