Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, multi-specialty physician clinic. You will implement and evaluate policies, coordinate clinical and administrative functions, and maintain quality care and service standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of physician office management experience (preferably in Cardiology, Nephrology or GI), strong medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel; billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of physician office management experience preferred; preferably in designated specialty (Cardiology, Nephrology and/or GI).
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office required.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related healthcare field preferred or equivalent experience.
