Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations at the Joplin Pediatric Clinic (50th St) and Carthage Pediatrics. You will lead caregivers, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care while building a collaborative team environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least one year in healthcare or supervision. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Position Details:

This will be a Practice Manager role over the Joplin Pediatric Clinic (50th St) and Carthage Pediatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Education may be considered in lieu of experience.

Experience:

• 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met
