Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM OR 7AM-5PM

The role you’ll contribute:

The Manager of Large Practice Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. They provide leadership and direction to the entire team at that location. This role oversees the efficient and effective operation of a practice with at least 7 providers and approximately 20 additional staff members. Responsibilities include achieving favorable results related to financials, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, easy access to care, and value-based care.

  • Leads the entire team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence.
  • Recruits, hires, and onboard new team members based on mission, culture, and skills fit.
  • Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of Physicians and APPs at their location.
  • Collaborates with physician and APP leaders to promote professionalism.
  • Builds and maintains positive, effective relationships with all Physicians and APPs in their location, including regular meetings and working together to resolve issues and drive performance.
  • Implements operational processes focused on maximizing clinical space utilization, ease of access to care, and patient flow.
  • Evaluates and manages key performance indicators such as value-based care, patient experience, finances, staffing, and satisfaction among providers and staff.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, along with 4 years of healthcare leadership experience.
  • Or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE).
  • Certified by Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
