Tenet Healthcare, affiliated with Desert Care Network Primary & Specialty Care, seeks a Physician Practice Manager to lead administrative and operational functions for assigned practices. You will ensure smooth operation, inventory control, patient relations and efficient patient flow.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, process improvement and HR management to sustain high-quality patient care and financial performance. Prior experience in a medical practice is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of progressive managerial/supervisory experience in a medical practice.
• Vaccination compliance as per Tenet policy; willingness to provide proof or exemptions as applicable.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement goals and objectives for the practice.
• Create and adapt office procedures to improve flow and operations.
• Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and internal controls.

Job Summary

Desert Care Network Primary & Specialty Care

The Physician Practice Manager is directly responsible for managing all administrative and operational functions associated with an assigned practice or practices. This includes ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, inventory control, personnel management, patient relations, and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement new office procedures as necessary to improve office flow and overall operations.
• In addition manages the daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and operational checks and balances.
• Manages Human Resources by interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating ensuring optimal staffing at all times.
• Reviews the operational budget and expenditures and works to ensure the practice stays within the budget parameters.

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• Required: 3 years of experience in progressive and hands-on managerial/supervisory experience in a medical practice
