• Leading and supporting the administrative team.

• Managing practice finances, forecasting, and claims.
• Handling HR processes including recruitment, appraisals, and rota management.
• Ensuring effective use of IT systems, data security, and digital tools.
• Maintaining compliance with NHS policies, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.
