Salary: Approx. £39,000 per year DOE, Hours: 34 hours per week, Working Pattern: Negotiable, though 8am starts will be required. Location: Knightswood, Glasgow

Knightswood Medical Practice is a long‑established, friendly GP surgery serving a population of approximately 5,900 patients in the heart of the community. Our clinical team includes four GP partners, a Practice Pharmacist, Practice Physiotherapist, and a Community Links Worker, supported by a dedicated administrative team. We pride ourselves on providing high‑quality, person‑centred care and maintaining a warm, professional environment for patients and staff alike.

We are now seeking a highly capable, motivated, and forward‑thinking Practice Manager to lead the operational, strategic, and administrative functions of the practice.

About the Role:

As Practice Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the practice while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and patient experience. You will work closely with the GP partners and multidisciplinary team to ensure the practice operates efficiently, compliantly, and sustainably.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the administrative team
