Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a Practice Manager II to oversee administrative operations for designated outpatient ambulatory practices, supporting 12+ providers and supervising staff.

You will develop strategic plans to meet short- and long-term goals, manage operating and capital budgets, and serve as a liaison for service lines and joint ventures to expand services and improve patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare field with at least 2 years in management.
• Experience leading staff and driving KPIs.
• Experience with budgeting and operating metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of multiple practice sites within an assigned geographic area.
• Develops, monitors, and responds to financial, service, and quality indicators.
• Recruits, selects, monitors, develops, coaches, and mentors staff to achieve outcomes.
• Develops, recommends, and manages budgets in support of strategic plans.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and accrediting bodies.
