Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks an RN Manager, Clinic Practice to lead outpatient ambulatory programs within a broader healthcare system. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and foster physician relations while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will partner with service lines to optimize operations, advocate for patients, and drive financial performance across multiple sites in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with strong administrative/management experience in outpatient settings.
• Budget management and regulatory compliance experience.
• Current BLS and RN licensure across participating states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of multiple outpatient practice sites within an assigned geographic area.
• Prepare and execute site budget.
• Develop and maintain physician relations to ensure engagement and lead staff engagements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and accrediting bodies.
• Manage financial aspects of daily clinic operations including coding, cash control and deposits, charge entry and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain a safety culture.
