Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum five years progressive medical office experience in registration/back-office/scheduling/billing, with at least two years supervisory/lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clinic schedules across all locations for clinical providers.
• Supervises administrative staff involved in registration, scheduling, authorizations, and back office functions.
• Provides customer service and ensures prompt, courteous patient interactions.
• Oversees provider scheduling, credentialing support, and data tracking of provider activities.
• Ensures orientation and training materials for staff are thorough and up to date.
