Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• Minimum five years progressive medical office experience in registration, back office, scheduling or billing.
• Minimum two years healthcare supervisory/lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: manage clinic schedules, templates, patient flow, and MOA tasks as needed.
• Patient Relations: provide customer service, handle complaints, and supervise front desk staff.
• Provider Relations: assist providers with scheduling and credentialing activities; track provider metrics.
• Supervision: oversee staff in registration, patient coordination, scheduling, authorization; ensure training materials exist.
• Performance Review, Counseling & Coaching: provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and address performance issues.
• Recruitment & Hiring: manage hiring processes and candidate selection with HR involvement.
• Facilities Management & Safety: ensure regulatory compliance, safety training, and facility upkeep.
• Information Technology & Health Information Management: train staff on IT systems and protect patient privacy.
