AdventHealth Lake Placid is seeking an experienced Practice Operations Manager to lead daily operations for the Lake Placid medical practice. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, implement process improvements, and manage budgets to enhance efficiency and patient access.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a physician practice, with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred.
• Experience in scheduling and training staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations and overall performance of the practice.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff with guidance.
• Develop action plans to improve turnover, access, and finances.
• Oversee budgeting and financial analysis for budgets.
• Monitor patient flow and staff coverage.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, AHCA and regulations.
• Address issues raised by physicians, staff, and patients.
• Assist with market growth strategies and regional collaboration.
• Visit offices and discuss performance with staff/physicians.
• Analyze monthly financials and summarize trends vs. budget.
• Collaborate with medical directors to align operations.
