Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a leader to manage daily operations of the practice, hire and supervise staff, and implement plans to improve performance and financial outcomes. The role oversees budgeting, patient flow, and regulatory compliance across multiple offices.

With a focus on collaboration with physicians and regional directors, the role drives growth strategies, analyzes financials, and ensures high-quality patient care.

  • Understands fiscal management principles.
  • Aware of governmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of human resources management techniques, principles, and practices.
  • Proficient with computer programs and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly visits assigned offices and meets with staff and physicians to discuss current issues and performance.
  • Analyzes monthly financial statements and performance reports, developing summaries of trends and key variances from budget.
  • Collaborates with regional medical directors to ensure practice operations and clinical teams work well together.
  • Communicates strategic information effectively to all relevant parties.
  • Performs oher duties as assigned.
