Our long-time Practice Manager has helped build the foundation of our success and is transitioning into an Associate Practice Manager role where she can continue mentoring the team without carrying the full weight of day-to-day leadership.

You will partner closely with Dr. Keith Huston, our Medical Director, an experienced veterinarian who values collaboration, understands the business of veterinary medicine, and is committed to investing in the future of the hospital. Dr. Huston wears many hats, leading the medical team and maintaining a busy surgery schedule. He is looking for a strong operational partner who is passionate about leading the business, developing people, and helping Village Veterinary Clinic reach its full potential.

What You'll Do

As Practice Manager, you will lead the business operations of the hospital while partnering with Dr. Keith Huston to ensure exceptional patient care, outstanding client service, and a highly engaged team.

• Partner with the Associate Practice Manager to leverage her years of knowledge while implementing new ideas
• Work alongside Encore Vet Group’s leadership team for continued professional growth and support
