Jordan Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the Holland Street Adult Medicine and Urgent Care Center. The PM will supervise clinical support staff and collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and population health advancement within a multi-site network dedicated to serving Rochester, NY communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Clinical experience with Family Medicine/Behavioral Health preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or an allied health field with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills required, preferably with an electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and management of Holland Street Adult Medicine and Urgent Care Center.
• Supervise clinical support staff and coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with Jordan Health's mission.
• Support operational, clinical, and performance goals within an FQHC environment.
