• Partner with practice leadership on resource planning, hiring needs, and productivity goals.
• Lead associate development initiatives, including training, mentoring, coaching, and integration.

• Collaborate with Finance, Talent, Recruiting, and Innovation teams to improve operational efficiency.

They are seeking a Practice Manager to join their Energy & Infrastructure team in Washington, D.C.

Who You Are

• You have 4+ years of experience managing a practice group at a law firm, including managing staffing, professional development, and workload allocation for associates
• Energy & Infrastructure experience strongly preferred
• JD preferred; MBA or equivalent industry experience considered
• Strong understanding of law firm operations, attorney utilization, and practice profitability
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, financial reporting, and data management systems

What You’ll Do
