The Sound Cat was founded in 2006 with the mission to provide top-quality feline healthcare. Our state-of-the-art facility offers feline-only wellness, surgical, diagnostic, and specialty veterinary services.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Practice Manager oversees all business functions, supports the practice team, and partners with the Managing Doctor to ensure successful operations, client satisfaction, and practice growth. Key focus areas include Practice Operations, HR, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and IT Management. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Practice Manager in veterinary medicine.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Full-time, on-site, with weekend availability
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees or certifications a plus
  • Ability to lift patients and equipment
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • Proficient in MS Office and office technology
  • Basic math skills, including medication calculations
  • Strong communication and client service skills
