More About The Role
Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, the Practice Manager manages all essential business functions in veterinary practice and supports the practice teams. The Practice Manager works in partnership with the Managing Doctors (MDVMs) to ensure successful practice operations, high client satisfaction, and to manage practice teams. In collaboration with the MDVMs, the Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring profitability, growing the business, and protecting the practice legacy for both locations. The focus areas include Practice Operations, HR, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and IT Management. The Practice Manager must be a strong people manager, possess great business acumen, and enjoy leading and developing a team. Additionally, they should ensure the practice has engaged and productive teams that drive high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00, depending on experience.

Essential Responsibilities
- Manage practice financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
- Oversee inventory, pricing, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure daily operations support high-quality patient care and client satisfaction.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and practice safety standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Lead team development, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support practice growth initiatives and operational improvements.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Full-time, on-site, with availability on weekends when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus.
- Ability to lift patients and equipment up to 25 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures, computer skills, and client service experience.
