Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in business or health; 1 year administrator experience in physician practice (if Master's)
• Bachelor's in business or health; 3 years administrator experience in physician practice
• Associate in business or health; 5 years administrator experience in physician practice
• High school diploma or equivalent; 7 years administrator experience in physician practice

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for multiple ambulatory specialty clinics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical business staff to achieve goals
• Collaborate with providers, nursing teams, and leaders to support efficient, patient-focused care
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and resource management
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and organizational standards
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to improve patient access and satisfaction
