Job summary

The Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of the physician practices, supervise staff, and ensure financial viability through revenue cycle management and expense control.

You will coordinate with hospital operations, drive marketing and growth, and lead quality improvement initiatives to deliver excellent patient care. This is a full-time, salaried role with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent required.
• Master's degree in administration preferred.
• Five years progressively responsible healthcare management experience required.
• Certification or willingness to obtain credentialing (NAHQ or similar).
