The Practice Manager will oversee Ludington Lawndale Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic, Ludington Family Medicine/Internal Medicine and Ludington Pediatrics.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient flow, training staff, managing charge capture, standard work and staffing, and ensuring policy adherence across multiple practices.

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
