Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Practice Manager for Shoal Creek Primary Care/Multispecialty clinic. This Full Time day shift role supports physician operations leadership to implement programs aligned with the mission and strategy.

You will oversee planning, budgeting and staff across multiple practices, aiming to improve financial quality and patient satisfaction in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare management strongly preferred.
• Experience with budgets and financials.
• Leadership in planning programs and services.
