Job summary

Carolina Orthodontics & Children's Dentistry seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate with the Regional Manager, and act as liaison between the practice and Home Office. The role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight in a busy dental environment.

The candidate will oversee staff huddles, ensure OSHA/HIPAA/BLS training, support marketing efforts, and maintain strong doctor-staff relations, contributing to patient growth and service

Qualifications

• HS diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of two years dental experience in a management role
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law
• Proficiency with computer and dental software

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff huddles; foster open communication, provide organization and practice updates and continually challenge and develop staff
• Stay current with the latest OSHA, HIPAA and ADA regulations
• Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staff
• Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs
• Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern
