Report to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Emerging Data Privacy Trends practice Expected to work with team members as instructedHandle all steps of billing process and invoice review and approvalComplete insurance appealsLead A/R and collections communicationsMaintain various client/insurer contact lists, calendars, and undertake communications with clients and insurers as directedWork with marketing, update and create marketing materials and assist in creating legal update power pointsWork with business development and pricing teams to prepare RFPs for Chair and Vice Chair reviewWork on prospective client materials as neededCoordinate client/prospective client entertainment and meals, attendance at conferences by team members, and holiday giftsPrepare monthly reports requested by the Chair and Vice Chair Request and analyze profitability and pricing informationCoordinate CLE and insurer continuing education credits for clients and team membersPrepare monthly litigation strategy calendars for all insurers and particular monitoring counsel/clientsSpecial projects as assigned

Salary

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
