Intermountain Health in Billings, MT is seeking an experienced clinic operations leader to manage ambulatory care services and patient experience. You will optimize workflows, oversee daily staffing, and coordinate with hospital sites and physician leadership to meet goals.
Responsibilities include supervising HR functions, budgeting, quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of safety and service excellence across the clinic team.
Provides effective leadership and accountability for ambulatory care operations including excellence in customer service, human resources, information systems, patient-focused clinical care, quality assurance and financial management. Scope
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Two (2) years of supervisory-level experience is required Bachelors degree may substitute for two years of the required experience
Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field is preferred
Healthcare and/or Specialty Clinic experience (i e , Cardiology, Neurology, etc )
