Intermountain Health seeks an RN leader to develop Medical Assistant teams at Peaks Regional Office, Colorado, focusing on workflows, protocols, and team development. You will collaborate with Clinic Managers and other resources to drive improvements.
You will coach MAs, design orientation materials, and support education and training of MA staff. You’ll promote patient-centered care and MA role expansion within the clinic.
Job Description:
The primary role is to develop the Medical Assistant Teams and Medical Assistant Leads at SCL Health Medical Group Clinics with a focus on workflows, protocols and team building and development. This role will strongly collaborate with the Clinic Managers and partner with Process Improvement, Ambulatory Informatics, Pharmacy and other system resources.
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
ASN required.
Preferred: Bachelor’s of Nursing
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) course completion card from the American Heart Association is required.
Experience working as a Registered Nurse at least 2 years
Preferred: 3+ years of clinical nursing experience. Primary care nursing &/or Specialty care experience preferred.1+ years of
leadership/management including process improvement and change management experience.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$41.20 - $62.17
