• Experience with healthcare electronic health records, practice management, and scheduling systems.
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager leads the operational and business functions of SOL Mental Health practices, ensuring effective day-to-day operations while building a high-performing team.
• This role focuses on implementing organizational initiatives, driving team performance, managing practice operations, and partnering with the Therapy Supervisor to create an environment where exceptional mental health care can flourish.
• Practice Managers at SOL Mental Health directly supervise non-clinical Care Team Members and partner with clinical leaders to lead assigned Care Centers.
• Partner with Therapy Supervisors to align clinical and operational priorities and address practice challenges
• Drive patient access, flow, and experience by implementing standardized workflows across the care lifecycle
• Optimize scheduling, provider productivity, and clinician collaboration to support patient access and outcomes
• Improve key performance metrics, including new patient conversion, retention, and no-show/cancellation rates
• Oversee front desk operations, patient communication, and self-pay collections to ensure a high-quality experience and financial performance
• Lead practice-level financial and operational performance, including budget management and use of data to drive decisions
• Manage, coach, and develop the administrative care team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Ensure regulatory compliance while leading operational initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration
