• Minimum 5+ years in a CPA or professional services setting.
• Solid understanding of CPA-client relationships and evolving CPA firm issues.
• Experience working with associations or state CPA societies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee PCPS firm practice management resources and tools.
• Lead projects from planning through execution with internal teams.
• Engage with committees and members; inform priorities from market trends.
• Represent PCPS at conferences, meetings, and member events.
