Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Practice Management Lead to partner with financial advisory firms, evaluating operations and delivering actionable strategies for growth and profitability.

The role focuses on organizational design, pricing, service models, and capacity planning across advisory landscapes. You will lead planning sessions, coach leadership teams, and collaborate with cross-functional experts to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of practice management or financial advisory leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience advising RIAs, broker-dealers, or wealth management firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with advisor firms to evaluate operations and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead engagements on planning, staffing, pricing, and service model design for scalable operations.
• Coach leadership teams through change and translate recommendations into implementation plans.
• Develop repeatable consulting playbooks, diagnostics, and client-ready frameworks.
