ADP is hiring a Practice Leader, Workforce Management, GES.

GES sales is looking for a Practice Leader to help us grow product sales in our market: In this role, you will work within a defined set of sales teams or markets in our enterprise space of 1k+ employee organizations, assisting the sales efforts in either our US Enterprise or US Global divisions.

Responsibilities of the Role: Engage daily in strategy sessions with your field partners, identify high-probability opportunities, contribute to account strategy, troubleshoot questions from the field and Competitive Intel, and support deal execution.

Participate weekly in client-facing meetings, strategy pods, and team meetings, providing thought leadership, sharing wins and insights, and connecting with implementation and service partners to ensure go-lives are met and support opportunity transitions.

Contribute monthly and quarterly by sharing success stories, participating in win room calls, supporting go-to-market activities, and helping to win business.

Develop strong WFM product expertise across Workforce Manager and Essential Time offerings, and understand the competitive landscape to provide subject matter expertise in all WFM sales opportunities.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Experience Selling WFM Offerings: Proven subject matter expert with experience selling Workforce Manager and other WFM offerings. Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and creating business cases. Able to present ideas clearly and professionally in various formats.
  • Ability to Collaborate: Comfortable working with multiple internal and external partners, managing multiple opportunities and objectives simultaneously while focusing on driving sales and market growth.
  • Proven Winner: Ambitious, thrives under pressure, and has a track record of success in managing relationships and delivering results, especially with leadership.

A college degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience could include:

  • Five+ years of relevant work experience, OR

Salary Range: $76,100.00 - $164,600.00 per year. ADP updates this based on location, skills, and experience.
