Crossover is seeking a Practice Leader to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model, starting with one prototype campus and expanding to a national network. You will also advance the GT Anywhere program and craft scalable playbooks for rapid growth.

The role is full-time as an independent contractor, offering $200 USD/hour (roughly $400,000 USD/year at 40 hours/week for 50 weeks). Weekly payments apply; must be based in the U.S. with regular travel to Austin.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model—from prototype to national network.
• Test scalable programs beyond academics, focusing on leadership, independence, and competition.
• Develop parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks to fuel expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Serve as the public face of the model through media, events, and partnerships.
