Crossover seeks an Entrepreneur in Residence to design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model. You will start with a prototype campus and expand to a national network while continuing the GT Anywhere program with the team.

The role requires founder-level energy and credibility and close collaboration with leadership. You will develop market strategies, operational playbooks, and a culture that drives deep learning and real outcomes, not just activity.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a high-impact venture from scratch.
• Deep, personal understanding of gifted students or gifted education.
• AI-first mentality—prioritize AI as the default solution for problem-solving at scale.
• Proven ability to articulate a compelling vision and convert skeptics into believers.
• Based in the U.S., with ability to travel regularly to Austin (minimum 1 week/month).

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and scale a high-performance gifted school model starting with a prototype campus.
• Develop staffing models, space design, and campus operations for a physical model.
• Create parent-facing messaging, market strategies, and growth playbooks for expansion.
• Define, document, and scale quality standards and cultural rituals across future sites.
• Act as the public face of the model—drive visibility through media, events, and partnerships.
