Zusammenfassung

JTSi is seeking a Practice Manager SAP Cloud Managed Services to lead governance, delivery, and operations of SAP on cloud and hybrid environments. You will drive service stability, customer satisfaction, and adherence to contractual SLAs across enterprise SAP landscapes.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, vendor management, and ITIL discipline to ensure predictable, high-availability service delivery in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

15 years of SAP and enterprise technology experience with leadership in managed services.
Proven experience leading large SAP managed services and cloud delivery.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP HANA/S/4HANA.
Experience with IT service management including incident, problem, change, and SLA.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end delivery operations for SAP Cloud Managed Services.
Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Oversee SAP operations across SAP S/4HANA, HANA, BASIS, monitoring, change management.
Provide executive leadership across diverse delivery teams.
Act as senior contact for incidents and escalations.
