Qualifications

• 12-15 years of professional experience in Engineering or Product Development.
• 8-10 years of leadership experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Prior experience managing a competence/practice department is preferred.

• Drive technical pre-sales activities and customer engagements.
• Develop and manage the practice skill matrix and competency plans.
