Job summary

Atlanta Legal Aid Society seeks a Practice Innovation and LegalServer Manager in downtown Atlanta. The role leads LegalServer administration, drives technology-enabled service delivery, and oversees staff. Travel outside the Atlanta area may be required.

The position reports to the Director of Information Technology and advances data collection, reporting, and program efficiency through technology-driven solutions, training, and grant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Technology project management experience required.
• Experience researching, implementing, and training others to use technology.
• Experience with grants and working in a Legal Aid non-profit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for LegalServer and oversee configuration, maintenance, and reporting.
• Train staff on LegalServer and develop training materials.
• Develop and maintain LegalServer reports for program data and grant reporting.
• Lead technology grants projects, including proposals, budgets, and contractor management.
• Identify technology opportunities to improve program performance and service delivery.
• Supervise staff supporting technology administration and data quality.
