Job summary

Atlanta Legal Aid Society, based in downtown Atlanta, seeks a Practice Innovation and LegalServer Manager to lead LegalServer administration, technology tool implementation, and grant-driven technology initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Information Technology and collaborates with staff, program managers, and leadership to improve data, workflows, and client service.

Qualifications

• Technology project management experience required.
• Experience researching, implementing, and training others to use technology.
• Experience researching and initiating technology grants is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a Legal Aid non profit organization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for LegalServer case management system, including design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Lead technology-related grant initiatives and supervise staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance through technology in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage technology grants: proposals, reporting, budgets, milestones.
