The role focuses on developing a robust employer portfolio, alumni-in-residence, and student engagement to secure internships and full-time roles for MBA students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of full‑time relevant experience (Career Services or direct industry experience).
• Specific knowledge of the consulting recruitment landscape and process.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategist for the assigned practice group and allocate resources for MBA student outcomes.
• Deliver career education through one‑on‑one advising, workshops and group sessions.
• Build and grow an employer portfolio to drive internship and full‑time outcomes.
• Plan employer-facing events and drive student engagement in programs.
• Leverage USC Trojan Network to connect students with alumni and executives.
• Maintain Alumni/Executive‑in‑Residence programs to extend reach.
• Monitor internship and career outcomes to continually improve results.
• Build relationships with student clubs and faculty for collaboration.
• Collaborate with other USC teams to position the organization as a strong partner.
