Qualifications

• Registered nurse or midwife with effective interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supporting and assessing learning in healthcare settings.
• Ability to travel across Tayside to support practice learning environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality practice learning environments through Practice Supervisor/Assessor roles.
• Identify and support development of new Practice Learning Environments for nursing/midwifery students.
• Lead programmes such as Flying Start.
• Contribute to supportive initiatives including restorative clinical supervision and regulatory standards.
• Encourage feedback culture to drive continuous improvement.
