Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field is required.
• Three years of progressive healthcare leadership or practice management experience.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and advanced applications (databases/presentations).
• Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical group operations for a portfolio of clinics in the market.
• Develop and manage budgets; analyze budgets and reports.
• Support development of proposals and business cases; respond to market threats.
• Provide guidance and development opportunities for leaders and staff.
• Maintain policies and procedures compliance; stay updated on issues and trends.
• Inspire managers and staff to high care standards while maintaining productivity.
