Job summary

You will partner with leaders to manage budgets, develop business cases, mentor managers, drive KPI performance, and recruit staff. Collaboration with physicians and APP leaders is essential to meet community needs and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or another relevant field is required.
• Three years progressive healthcare leadership or practice management experience.
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills, including proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, and advanced computer applications (i.e., database or presentations).
• Master’s degree healthcare or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical group operations for a portfolio of clinics within the designated market.
• Develop and manage budgets, review reports, and support business cases.
• Partner with leaders to respond to market threats and opportunities.
• Foster mentorship, growth, and leadership development across teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and current issues.
• Inspire managers and staff to high care standards while maintaining productivity.
• Drive KPI performance and influence reporting through Intermountain model.
• Collaborate in physician and APP recruitment and performance management.
