The Practice Coordinator supports and maintains the practice administratively and operationally. Responsibilities include supporting the TH Hospital Medicine (THHM) Facility Medical Director, VP of Client Service, Regional Medical Director, and TH HM provider staff, working with hospital administration to meet needs, and managing patient records and billing documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate data, gathering facility metrics, and ensuring compliance with productivity standards.
Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in a hospital or physician office setting, with knowledge of medical records, patient registration, and documentation. A BA or equivalent experience is preferred. Skills include excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities, proficiency in Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently and accurately.
This remote position requires independence, punctuality, and adherence to schedules. It involves sitting, standing, lifting (up to 10 pounds), and working with office equipment. Flexibility for overtime or additional hours may be necessary.
