Job summary

Aldrich is hiring a Practice Coordinator to help run our client and internal operations. You’ll organize critical documents, coordinate signatures, support billing, and serve as a key contact between clients and staff.

The role blends administrative rigor with proactive problem solving in a hybrid office model, requiring strong written and verbal communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of administrative or coordinator experience in a professional office.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive client situations.
  • Adaptable and efficient in dynamic environments with multiple demands.
  • Proactive, accountable for completing tasks on time.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative solution development.
  • Ability to prioritize and own multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Resourceful team player who can also work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage critical client documentation, including engagement letters and tax documents.
  • Proofread and edit client forms such as Power of Attorney and extensions.
  • Coordinate client signatures and maintain digital files.
  • Support billing by preparing invoices, running reports, and assisting with collections.
  • Serve as primary contact between clients and staff to maintain relationships.
  • Manage the team leader's calendar, events, and expense reports.
  • Organize meetings, trainings, and special events with needed support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a professional office environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You Should Know

This is a full-time position and is available to be a hybrid position, working at least 3 days in the office. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
