Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a Clinical Educator to lead training across centers, conduct inspections, and support quality improvement. You will travel as needed to multiple states and collaborate with clinical staff and center managers to ensure high standards of care.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in a healthcare field, 2+ years in a clinical setting, and strong communication and organizational skills; a Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or related area is required.
• 2+ years of clinical setting experience and teaching/training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and program development skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts monthly center inspections and supports training for staff.
• Performs new hire training, post-training assessments, and ongoing clinical in-service education.
• Travels to multiple states as needed to assist centers and trainings.
• Serves as a trainer for clinical staff and maintains documentation of trainings.
