Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs or assigns new hire training and post-training assessments.
• Leads clinical training across locations with standardized procedures.
• Develops SOPs, pocket guides, and flowcharts for best practices.
• Follows CDC sterile techniques, PPE use, and safety regulations.
• Supports performance improvement activities and clinical meetings.
