Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Practice Assistant for 32 Fruit Street, Boston, onsite. The role combines administrative and clinical support to ensure smooth practice operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include scheduling, check-in/out duties, billing processing, and acting as a Super User for scheduling and billing systems while guiding other staff. Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, 40 hours.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Office experience 3–5 years required.
  • Strong technology and MS Office skills – Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Make patient appointments and maintain appointment records; assist callers and schedule appointments.

Performs administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check-in, and check-out duties (performs all duties of the other levels at the highest proficiency level).
