The General Hospital Corporation, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Per Diem Administrative Assistant to support clinical practice operations at 55 Fruit Street, Boston. This onsite role handles scheduling, patient check-in/out, and billing-related tasks with general supervision.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering calls, processing forms, and assisting with EPIC scheduling and billing. Prior office experience (2–3 years) is preferred.

This per diem role offers flexibility and predictability, as it's primarily used for planned coverage such as vacations and leaves. Schedules are typically arranged with advance notice, allowing you to plan ahead.
Performs administrative functions to support smooth and efficient practice operations under general supervision. Performs tasks that are related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
