Job summary

The Plastic Surgery Center in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Marketing Referral Representative to grow our referral network and strengthen physician relationships. This field-based role focuses on building partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations to drive patient referrals and promote exceptional care.

You will be the primary outreach contact, identify referral opportunities, coordinate provider visits and events, represent the practice at industry

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, or a related field.
• Clinical, surgical, or specialty healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skill.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platform.

Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000 an hour

the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
