High school diploma or equivalent required. 2–3 years of office experience required; experience in healthcare or a customer service-driven environment is welcomed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office procedures and technology. Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. A patient-first mindset with the ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, families, providers, and colleagues.
