Mass General Brigham is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a physician practice, leading administrative and clinical staff and ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient service.

You will partner with practice leadership on budgeting and payroll oversight, monitor performance, support revenue cycle activities, ensure HIPAA compliance, and develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare, medical practice, or similar operational environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with operational metrics, budgets, payroll, and administrative processes.

  • Manage staffing schedules, identify coverage needs, and coordinate replacements to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements, organizational policies, and mandatory training standards.
